Terms of Service

Our terms and conditions

Draft for legal review — not yet binding customer terms.

Service

Ordo provides an offline-capable Windows POS, cloud back office and separately certified integration routes. Availability of Android POS, hardware models and third-party connectors must be confirmed in the customer order.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate business information, protect user and device access, use supported hardware and operating systems, maintain lawful processing instructions and report suspected compromise promptly.

Subscriptions

The launch offer is one setup/migration month free, followed by the selected monthly plan. No real debit order is collected until an approved provider mandate is active. Final taxes, notice periods, refunds, annual increases and branch overages require written commercial approval.

Offline and support

The local POS is designed to continue during temporary internet loss and synchronise later. Customers remain responsible for connectivity, power and supported local equipment. Support severity, response targets and maintenance windows must be stated in the final service schedule.

Data, liability and termination

Ownership, operator/responsible-party roles, exports, retention, confidentiality, warranties, liability limits, breach procedure and termination assistance must be completed by South African legal counsel before these terms are accepted by customers.
